We usually ship out orders within 2-3 business days. For items that need to be booked in advance, processing time will be longer and we will let you know at the time of your order.
5. For multiple items, do you combine shipping?
Yes, generally, multiple items of the same customers will be shipped together. However, some special items, such as violin bows will be sent separately in a tube parcel to avoid damage.
6. Do you provide a more economical shipping method?
